Problems downloading / extracting zip files?
A common problem (empty zip files, etc.) is the local firewall (hardware / software). Check the settings and allow zip files being downloadable!
Also check your browser settings (security) if you still have problems.

Viewing Pictures

Distorted / Blurry Images: If you are viewing images on one of our sites and the images appear distorted / cartoon-ish, please read below:

1. Make sure your color quality settings are set to their highest. In Windows go to "Control Panel -> Display -> Settings"
2. Make sure your graphics card driver is updated to the latest driver version. Visit your computer manufacturer's website or contact them to get an updated driver. An old driver is most likely the cause of the problem.
3. Update your browser to the latest version.

Images Save As ".bmp" Instead Of ".jpg": This can happen when your browser's Temporary Internet Cache is full. To clean out your cache in Internet Explorer select "Tools->Options->General" then choose the "Delete Files" option. Close all browser windows and reopen your browser. Security software may also cause your files to be saved as .bmp instead of .jpg. Norton Internet Security 2003 has caused this problem. To get around this problem disable Norton while surfing the Member Areas of our sites and re-enable it once you log off.
